I agree that my personal data may be processed by SCC EVENTS GmbH, Olympiapark Berlin, Hanns-Braun Strasse/ Adlerplatz, 14053 Berlin, Tel.030-30128810, the responsible party and organizer, for the purpose of participating in the raffle for the GENERALI BERLIN HALF MARATHON on the Instagram page (drawing of 2 race entries for the GENERALI BERLIN HALF MARATHON 2020) and, should I be a winner, that I will be contacted on Instagram via direct message. SCC EVENTS GmbH will always treat the contact data with the utmost care and will never pass them on to third parties.

I can revoke this voluntarily given declaration of consent at any time by either sending an informal e-mail to datenschutz@scc-events.com, writing by post to the above address or objecting by telephone by calling the above number.

My data will be stored until the winner is determined and then completely deleted, unless I myself am a winner of the raffle.

2.) Purpose and legal basis of this data processing

We are collecting this data for the purpose of participating in the drawing for two race entries for the GENERALI BERLIN HALF MARATHON 2020. The data collected will be used exclusively for the drawing. Insomuch as we have a consent for this purpose, the lawfulness of the processing of personal data is given. The legal basis results from Art. 6, Para. 1 lit. a) GDPR.

3.) Recipients of personal data and disclosure to third parties

Only SCC EVENTS GmbH or its employees are the recipients of your data. A transfer to third parties, third countries or international organisations does not currently take place and is not planned for the future

4.) Duration of data storage

Your voluntarily provided information will be stored until your revocation, or at the latest until the final determination of the winner, and then it will be completely deleted. The winners’ data will be stored for a maximum of 1 year for the purpose of processing the prize redemption. 

5.) Data protection rights for affected persons

All persons subjected to data processing have the right of access pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR, the right of rectification of their data pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, the right of deletion pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, the right of limitation of the processing of their data pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR and the right of data transmission pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR.

The details (name and e-mail address) are provided voluntarily and without obligation. Failure to provide the data will result in the person concerned not being able to take part in the raffle.
