On 29 September 2024, the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON will celebrate its 50th anniversary. Organiser SCC EVENTS is expecting over 50,000 runners from all over the world to take part in this anniversary race. In addition to the countless amateur athletes, top international athletes from the world's elite will be coming to the German capital to battle it out.
The unique running event in Thuringia. To mark the 250th anniversary of Johann Wolfgang von Goethe's arrival in Weimar, the unique Goethe.Culture.Run will take place on 27 April 2025. With so-called cultural time-outs, it is not to be understood as a classic competition, rather the event combines sport and culture to create a special experience.
Premiere for a new running event! The GENERALI 5K at BMW BERLIN-MARATHON will start for the first time on 28 September 2024. The new, high-class running event leads over the last 5 kilometres of the original course to the marathon finish. Perfect as a warm-up for participants, family & friends and, of course, all Berliners who have been giving their all as spectators along the route for decades. Medal, timekeeping and pure emotion included!
